This is a small group offering, in a beautiful, intimate and sunlit space that is very near and dear to my heart in Santa Fe, NM.

My vision for these gatherings is to:

• Deeply connect as we awaken into what feels sacred to us.

• To ground into our own strength and open into layers of spaciousness in the body.

• To move, breathe, shed, thaw out and laugh together too.

The small class size allows for customizing what we focus on, in order to support and guide the flow of the class. Class space is limited to 6, so please sign up early. I have a few extra mats, but bring your own if you have one you love. Saturdays mornings 9:30-10:30am. The studio is off of East Zia Road.
