Prana Vinyasa Yoga- a holistic and transformative journey into deeper embodiment created by global teacher and activist Shiva Rea.
Yin Yoga- the practice of slowing down. In this type of practice, we will breathe deeply while experiencing restorative and grounding postures. This helps to calm the nervous system as well as unwind deep layers of tension in the muscles and connective tissue of the physical body.
Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga- This practice is designed to help support you on your mothering journey of all stages.
Wellness Ally Sessions- Join Annie for a one-on-one visit to find support for your busy schedule through practical tools designed to nourish, ground, and inspire you. In these sessions, we will collaborate to build a plan designed to help you prioritize self-care in all its forms, learn useful tools, and create healthy habits–like time management and stress relief. The first sessions is an hour, and follow up sessions are half an hour and can be done virtually.
Wellness Ally Session with Yoga- 1/2 hour of support to help prioritize self-care, explore practical tools, and create healthy habits. We will then use that information to weaved into your yoga practice allowing space for deep, embodied integration.
